I was with the bank for eight years checking and savings. Have had several personal and vehicle loans with them. Made my first truck purchase of $37,000, and the one bank that I was with the longest was the one that would not work with me. Very upset the customer loyalty is not there!

Customer service is terrible. They made a mistake with my account and when asked to fix it they gave me the run around and made me feel terrible for trying to get my money back. After calling and going in multiple times I was issued a cashiers check. I would never recommend this bank to my friends.
