He said I didn't have allergies yet another doctor took one look at me and said allergies!

Update: 2 years after dr Hartman did surgery I had another surgery only to find out Hartman did not do what he said he did! He is a fake a fraud and you would be better off going elsewhere! Also I go to allergist and hey what do you know I HAVE ALLERGIES
