3 days after Christmas, I wake up to a flooded basement...sump pump died...I call Joel's cell at 7AM...he answers...tells me to do what I can to minimize damage to personal items and HE will make all the contacts to get a restoration company out to our home...less than 2 hours later, our sump pump was replaced, and basement was in the process of being dried out. He then called 2 times throughout the day to make sure all was going well. Who else does that? Excellent customer service with a personal touch!
