Bought a truck in November 2016, but I allowed myself time to cool down before writing a review. This was the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. We looked at the truck on Monday and tried to deal on it, but they wouldn't budge on the price claiming it was "wholesale pricing," so we walked out. My husband really liked the truck, so on Thursday, I called the Sales Manager and agreed that if they gave us a little more for our trade, we would buy it that night. We stuck to our end of the deal, but when signing the papers, they added $2000 to the deal. When we pointed out their mistake, they wouldn't fix it. All of the salespeople and managers came into the room and said that what we agreed to was on the papers we were signing. After driving an hour to get there, I was put in the position of breaking my husband's heart if we didn't go home with the truck. They did not honor the deal they made me on the phone. I feel this was very dishonest and not an ideal way to gain my trust and future business. Reluctantly, I signed the papers. While the vehicle has been nice for our family, I will never buy another vehicle here. I feel they need a few seminars in customer service on how to treat their customers.
I've had many dealings with parkway Nissan and all have been excellent! The staff is courteous and prompt. I've had my car serviced, new tires, alignment, oil changes, and even purchased a used car for my son. I highly recommend parkway Nissan.

Amazing!!! I am from out of town and broke down two hours away from home and needed to get to South Carolina for my son's army graduation. I had my car towed to this Nissan and they gave me a free rental while I left my car there and went to South Carolina! They were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. They were like angels sent to us!
