Poor! Vet said she couldn't tell if our male, neutered cat was male or female!! No instructions on after care. I wanted to get established for future visits as he is a rescue cat, but after a very disappointing first visit, I paid the bill as told the front desk to delete Mooch's history as I would never be back!

Loved Dr. Moore. Just had an issue with waiting several HOURS for my appt. I would even schedule the first appt. of the day and still wait over an hour. It is very hard to keep my pet calm, but waiting for hours every time became ridiculous. After several years I decided to go to another vet.
Don't go here . That's all there is to it , I have a busy schedule and ended up having to reschedule my cats to be fixed one time due to their small 30 min drop off time at 8:30 -9:00am . The next one , I was hospitalized the day before and called at 8:45 because I was spending 15 mins getting my cats in the carriers because they didn't want to go with someone else but I obviously couldn't in my state . I told them I was having trouble and needed to have someone else take them . They said it was too late to drop them off that I would need to reschedule AGAIN for 2 months in the future. I told them that would be too late that I was sorry I didn't expect to pass out yesterday and they could do nothing about it since I would be 5 mins late . No sympathy what so ever , I will take them somewhere else And I encourage you to also. Just heartless , my one cat was so upset he hid and whined about going somewhere without me and I'm left here spending time i should be resting finding a new vet .
