Fantastic staff, friendly atmosphere, excellent and safe care of our dogs over the years. We travel a great deal, and we always feel that our dog is safe and well cared for at OakPointe. We couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else!
I took my dog in about 6 weeks ago for a grooming and they skinned him really badly bad enough I had to get antibiotics from the vet. I would not suggest to any of my friends to take their pets there. I was highly highly disappointed. My dog is 5 years old he's been groomed every six weeks his entire life and he stands still and does a good job I don't know what happened to him at this place.
The staff are wonderful to our furry family members. The vets both take time with our boys and give good explanations of what is going on. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for pet care
Every person in the office is friendly, helpful, and knows what they are doing. I’m not afraid to ask questions and I dont feel silly asking. A great bunch at Oak Pointe!
